Dear Sir/Madam,
You are cordially invited to participate in the first session organized by the IEEE Cairo University Student Branch (CUSB) to discuss how to write an academic paper and participate in international paper contests. The main speaker will be Prof. Islam Eshrah, Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering - Cairo University.
The event will take place on Sunday 1/3/2009 at the Social Club inside the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University. The session is scheduled to start at 2:00 PM.

Description
The Social Club is located inside the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University. After entering from the main gate go left until you reach the faculty's left fence (with the zoo on the other side), then continue straight until you reach the social club (with the pool just besides of it). Or you can just ask on the gate and they'll explain!!
